Welcome to the Available Animals page of this website! Before going much further be sure to check out our *~Sale Policies and Overview~*.
We have mature does and doelings available, so be sure to check out the *~Does For Sale~*.
We will have breeding bucks for sale every couple of year as we bring in outside lines to our herd and a few select bucklings from each year. Some will be registered Nubians and others will be our commercial meat herd sires. Check out *~Bucks For Sale~* if a gentlemen strikes your fancy.
We will have wethers for sale each year. We sold two dairy market wethers in 2006. In a class of 8, they placed second and fourth. The second place wether sold for more than the 1st place wether. If you are looking for a pet, a wether makes a wonderful idea. They also make good companions for does or breeding bucks. Check out our *~ Wethers For Sale ~* for your next companion.
We will be offering our herd sires for stud service each year, so be sure to check out *~Live Breeding Service By Our Bucks~* if you are wanting to have your does bred but not looking to deal with a buck year round.

The majority of doelings born this year are available.
Basically, I need to sell a large number of does and doelings. At this stage, pretty much every doe on the farm has a price on it. The exception would likely be Kait {11 years old} and Snow White {9 years old}. Some of the prices would seem extreme, because I don't really want to sell the doe, but if you would pay the price I would let go of them (Elegance falls into this category).
Look through the site, if a doe strikes your fancy, ask. It never hurts to ask. The does and doelings that are definitely for sale are listed in their sections with prices. The doelings who do not have a section yet that were born this year are listed on the Kidding Chart with their dams along with their prices. Those not marked {Retained} and without prices are the ones I haven't decided yet. If you wanted one, I would probably sell it.
The prices are definitely negotiable on most of the does. I will not take less than market value. They are priced according to their genetic potential or record. Recordation has little impact, but all recordable doelings will go with a filled out Application form. A couple of the older does will go with their brown ADGA papers.
I will be shipping does through the local sale barn if I cannot get them sold. I don't like to expose them to CL and other diseases like that.
CAE status on all mature does is known. All goats can be tested for CAE through Biotracking before being sold. Yearling does have not been tested yet. We have not had signs of CL in our herd. Some of the does have been raised on CAE Prevention. Here that means the birth is attnded. The doeling is removed immediately and dried off. They are taken to the house where they are started on whole cow's colostrum and then fed raw cow's milk until 2-5 months old. They are raised separate from the mature herd and only those does kept that Fall are introduced to the mature herd around breeding time.
